Sandwell Council is currently in the process of putting together tender documentation for the supply of Plumbing Parts Contract.

This new contract that will start on 8 December 2016.

It comprises of:

• Wash hand basins
• baths
• push-fit fittings
• cisterns
• poly-pipe
• cylinders
• underground fittings
• cold water tanks
• taps
• washers
• Jevco fittings

 

 

Sandwell Council would like to invite you to attend a presentation where we will be explaining:

•  The operation of the stores function regarding ordering of Plumbing parts for use by our repairs teams. So you will have the necessary understanding to complete the tender.
•  Details of our e-tendering website where all adverts for contracts are now placed and tender documentation must be uploaded and submitted.

There will also be an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about the products they purchase or the procurement process.

Please note: There is limited parking on site, and there are no visitor spaces.

No parking is allowed on other businesses car parks within the trading estate or the roads within the trading estate.  Sandwell & Dudley Station is a short walk away. Spaces can usually be found along West Bromwich Street or Fountain Lane.

Only one person should attend from each company, ideally the person who will complete the tender documentation.
