BULLEYS, together with joint agents Harris Lamb, are bidding to attract new tenants to a West Bromwich industrial estate.
Companies already signed up to the estate include Reliant Products, Safety-Kleen, Joseph Joseph and Wilts Wholesale Electrical.
The agents have now devised a new marketing campaign for the remaining units on the estate by having the site emblazoned on the back of a bus.
Adam Priest, senior surveyor at Bulleys, said: “The estate has proved hugely popular with a wide range of businesses for its location and high level of security offered.
“Much of its on-going success is based on the fact that tenants benefit from quality accommodation at a highly competitive rate.”
John Allen, managing director of Reliant Products, said: “We needed larger premises and were immediately impressed by the quality of accommodation at Kelvin Way Trading Estate. We’ve already expanded on the site and taken new units to accommodate our growth.”
The estate comprises 49 units with refurbished units ranging from 2,500 sq ft to 11,000 sq ft. The estate features advanced security with CCTV, security fencing and automated gates, plus allocated parking for staff and visitors.
