A UK property maintenance company has upgraded its premises in a relocation within Sandwell. Integral UK Ltd has become the sole occupier of a five-storey building in West Bromwich town centre, in a move from its previous premises in Smethwick.
Integral UK is the largest independently owned mechanical, electrical and fabric property maintenance business in the UK, currently providing both planned preventative and reactive maintenance to over 1,600 clients in 40,000 locations nationwide.
It provides building and facilities management services, tailoring support to match individual requirements and identifying opportunities for improved efficiency. It offers 24/7 customer service, employing its own in-house technicians with a mobile team in every postcode.
In a move to maintain its heritage in the West Midlands the company has recently taken on a 15-year lease on 30,000 square feet at a premises in Lombard Street, West Bromwich. A premises of such substantial size will allow the business to expand further and in turn provide jobs for the region.
Integral UK operates across the whole of the UK but its specialist cleaning division office is based in Sandwell. The company needed to find the right office location and size in order to continue to support its clients’ needs locally and nationwide.
The recent property deal is one of the largest Sandwell has seen in the last twelve months and it will not only benefit Integral UK but will also help to boost the local economy. Premises of the size and specification required by Integral UK are not easy to find but West Bromwich delivered in terms of requirements.
