The site lies within an established and popular mixed-use area, including both manufacturing and warehousing facilities. It has all mains services including gas, electricity and water, and a 500KVA capacity.
Access is off Whitehall Road, just half a mile from the main A41 Black Country Spine Road and three miles from junction 1 of the M5. Great Bridge Town Centre is approximately a quarter of a mile to the west.
