Thrive at Work is a structured programme designed to boost business by creating a healthier and happier workforce, leading to reduced sickness absence, improved staff retention and higher productivity.
Thrive at Work helps managers build a clear understanding of their company’s current health and wellbeing provision, which is then used as a starting point to create an action plan for future improvements. In October, it was announced that 50 more West Midlands companies have been accredited under the programme, which is fully funded for organisations in the Midlands by the West Midlands Combined Authority.
