Help your employees ‘Thrive at Work’
Boosting staff wellbeing helps reduce sickness absence, improve staff retention and increase productivity. Thrive at Work is a fully funded wellbeing programme that can help maximise the potential of your employees.
The programme is available to West Midlands and East Midlands organisations with more than eight employees. It is based on academic research and part of the Mental Health & Productivity Pilot.
The programme comes with a structured wellbeing toolkit to support employee health and wellbeing in your organisation. Gaining accreditation to Thrive at Work also makes you part of a network of employers committed to supporting good mental health and wellbeing.
