If you’re in a middle or senior management role, and have an interest in cutting staff sickness absence, boosting engagement and improving the retention of your workforce then the Thrive at Work programme could be for you.
The programme is fully funded and part of the Mental Health & Productivity Pilot. It is available to organisations in the East and West Midlands that have more than eight employees. Based on academic research, Thrive at Work provides a structured wellbeing toolkit to support employee health and wellbeing in your organisation.
There will be a free interactive webinar at 10.30am on Tuesday 26 April which aims to give more information about the programme to those with responsibility for workforce health and wellbeing. You can book your place via Eventbrite, or find out more about Thrive at Work on the website.
Think Sandwell also has a collection of resources, events, initiatives and organisations that can help boost employee mental and physical health. Visit our Sandwell workplace wellbeing page for more information.
